Glasses without printing:
If the purchase is made before 11 am the package is sent the same day, if the purchase is made after 11 am the order is sent the next day.
The shipment is in charge of a company external to us and its messaging times are determined according to the saturation in its delivery lines; therefore, compliance with the times is the responsibility of the transport company and UUPZ is not responsible, UUPZ only contracts the service requested by the client.
The personalized glasses are sent from 3 to 10 business days after having confirmed and authorized the design to print, this because the glasses enter a second personalization process with your brand or drawing, this process takes time.
Once the glasses are printed, they are packed for shipment (you will be informed of the progress of each process). We will be in constant communication and the shipping date will be confirmed.
UUPZ will ensure that your product reaches you in perfect condition and as you requested or we will respond; however, it is not responsible for the times that may occur in the parcel, since the parcel is external and sometimes it may take more or less than what they promise. If you have any questions or your product took longer than expected, do not hesitate to contact us! If you do not feel comfortable with the product or it is not what you expected we do offer returns, all you have to do is send the product back to an address that we are going to provide, but the product must be new and in perfect condition. . However, a return will not proceed if the glasses are used and do not have the original packaging.
– Important: If you made a purchase by Bank Deposit, it will be very important that you provide us with your CLABE number of the card to which the refund will be made, without that number it will NOT be possible to make the return, so we recommend you pay by card or PayPal or check that you have your CLABE number –
You have a period of 30 days for the refund to be made; after 30 days returns are not accepted.

The only case where UUPZ pays for outbound and return shipping is when we’ve made an initial mistake. But take into account that if it is a return, UUPZ will return the total of the initial shipment, plus it does not cover the costs of the parcel shipping back to us.
Changes and returns are possible as long as the product is still new, closed and in good condition.
